This semi-sweet plain mead is made from our 100% raw Lake Macquarie honey. 10% alcohol.
Version 3 was released at the Martin Place Christmas markets Sydney CBD. It is a double aged version of Version 2. The secondary aging has allowed the honey flavours to really come out creating a diverse pallet. Smoother than previous versions. 2nd place at National Mead competition at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
